How long until I get my order?
Every poster is printed for you after you order, with a production time of 1–3 business days. Delivery is then typically 3–5 business days within the EU and 1–2 weeks internationally, so most EU orders arrive within about 4–8 business days of ordering. All orders are tracked.
Where do you ship?
We ship across the EU and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and shown in full before you pay.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting the day your order arrives — no reason needed. On top of that, our 90-Day Happiness Guarantee covers anything that arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect: we'll replace or refund it. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.
My order arrived damaged — what should I do?
Email contact@lofmora.com within 90 days with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or refund, in most cases without needing anything sent back.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes — you get 15% off automatically on all orders over €59, applied at checkout.
