Returns & Refunds

Yes — we accept returns. If you change your mind or something's wrong with your order, here's exactly how it works.

Your 14-day right to return (right of withdrawal)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party other than the carrier, indicated by you) take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us — Lofmora, Jordan Rettschlag, Seestr. 28, 16845 Bückwitz, Germany, contact@lofmora.com — of your decision by a clear statement (for example an email or a letter sent by post). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (except any extra costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than our cheapest standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, at no fee to you.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof of return — whichever is earlier.

Send the goods back to us at — Lofmora – Returns, Jordan Rettschlag, Seestr. 28, 16845 Bückwitz, Germany — without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you tell us you are withdrawing. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 days expire.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

On top of your legal rights: if your poster arrives damaged, misprinted, incorrect, or not as described, tell us within 90 days and we'll replace it or refund you, free of charge. Just email contact@lofmora.com with your order number and a photo.

How to start a return

1. Email contact@lofmora.com with your order number.
2. We confirm your return and the return address.
3. Send the item back. Once we receive it (or you provide proof of return), we refund within 14 days.
