Lofmora ("we", "us", "our"), owned by Jordan Rettschlag, operates lofmora.com. We respect your
privacy and handle your personal data in line with the EU GDPR.

1. What we collect
When you visit or order, we collect: name, shipping/billing address, email address, and order
details. Payment data is processed directly by our payment providers — we do not store full card
numbers. We also collect usage data via cookies and similar technologies.

2. Why we use it
To process and ship your orders, provide customer support, send order-related emails, prevent
fraud, meet legal obligations, and — where you consent — send marketing.

3. Sharing
We share data only with providers who help us run the shop: our e-commerce platform (Shopify),
our print & fulfilment partner (Gelato), payment providers, and email/analytics tools. They act
as processors under contract and only for the purposes above.

4. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing.
