These terms govern your use of lofmora.com and purchases from Lofmora (owner: Jordan Rettschlag).

1. Products
We sell art posters and prints, produced on demand. Colours may vary slightly between screens and
the printed product.

2. Orders & prices
A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. Prices include applicable VAT unless
stated otherwise. We may correct obvious pricing errors.

3. Payment
Payment is handled by our payment providers at checkout.

4. Delivery
See our Shipping Policy. Production and delivery times are estimates.

5. Returns & withdrawal
See our Refund & Return Policy for your statutory right of withdrawal and our return process.

6. Intellectual property
All designs, images and content are owned by or licensed to Lofmora and may not be used without
permission.

7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lofmora is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Statutory liability (e.g. for intent, gross negligence, injury to life/body/health) remains
unaffected.

8. Governing law
German law applies. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain
unaffected.
